The silent treatment is something I do all the time. Especially to the staff who most annoys me because I don’t want to put myself in some situation, I’m not going to like the outcome of in the end. And also, just to keep the same relationship with staff but I’m not going to half of the time.
I try this and help myself, but it ends up never working because either staff see it as me just trying to be disrespectful. I don’t answer things from them but in all reality, I’m just trying to get myself out of a situation I’m not going to like after the heated moment. or I will try and say can I talk to you in about 5-10 minutes when I’m not irritated, also going to end up saying or doing something that is not going to be good for me or my outcome and future.
In the end I still end up trying to do the better out of the options, but always end up going the way I didn’t want staff going in. Every time I try and avoid in the first place. Those outcomes always end up on me when I don’t barely do the most and flip out.
