If you think defunding the police will in some sort of idiotic way change the color tone of our inner cities to a rose pink then you need your head examined. The police were here before you were born and will be here long after you die. Defunding the police makes as much sense as extracting the teeth from “your” family guard dog.
If you think it’s okay to ignore an officer’s direct order when they attempt to pat you down for weapons but you choose to fight, wrestle and resist, then you’ve just made a dangerous blink of an eye decision that could possibly put your life on death’s front door.
If you think it’s acceptable to blame the “white man” for your poor placement in society without taking responsibility for your own slackful actions then the mud you will remain. People are where they are because of who they are.
If you think that violent Black Lives Matter protests where curfews are violated, law enforcement is assaulted and business are vandalized, looted and burned to the ground is your calling card to bring attention to social and racial injustice then you’re dialing the wrong number. You’re hated even more.
If you think it’s okay to march and protest when “one” rogue white cop unlawfully murders an unarmed black man but won’t put on your marching shoes when there was “29” black on black killings (including 6 children) over a three day fourth of July weekend, then you need to reprioritize your view on the normalizations of back on black crime in America. Do the math!
If you think that the majority of white America is ever going to consider a black as their equal then you are gravely mistaken.
If you think the senators, law makers and politicians who severely oppressed blacks with laws like Jim Crow and segregation were Republican then you are truly ignorant of American History. They were Democrats and believe me a rattlesnake never changes his rattle.
If you think that injustice is when a white cop kills a non-resistant, un-armed Black man then you don’t know the difference between injustice and murder. Injustice is when an attorney general or district attorney refused to promptly investigate, arrest and charge these killers in blue with murder.
If you think the person who’s writing this is white then you’re wrong. I’m Black. While in prison, after many attempts to locate my hidden potential, I have now tapped into a geyser of immeasurable potentials where the fear of expressing these gifts is non-existent. I’m no longer afraid of what others might think of me because I’m always at my best.
We as African Americans have a rich soil of history and accomplishments in our DNA. Our ancestors were BATTLE TESTED only to rise from the ashes like a fiery Phoenix full of victory and perseverance. We are builders by trade, from the elegant construction of the White House to the same Capitol Building that was ransacked by white radicals. Our ancestors built these monuments.
If you really want to learn Black history then learn and study Tulsa Oklahoma’s Black Wall Street. Learn how “despite” the racist enemies who encamped themselves around Black Wall Street, how the Blacks of that time built one of the most successful super communities on earth.
Learn how they didn’t sit back and wait for their white neighbors to change their racist views or give them equality. They knew that a preconceived, far-fetched “wish” like that was unattainable and attempting to change the hearts of the devil’s spawn would burn the precious daylight from real social and economic progress for their community. My type of brother and sisters. Their accomplishments are inspiring.
Black Wall streets is the blueprint for black economic success where Blacks spend money with Blacks and support our communities. Until we can do this you can take the Black Lives Matter Movement and march it straight to the cemetery where it belongs, because if Black lives (REALLY) matter then where were the BLM protestors when the little black six year old boy was murdered in his front yard while dressed in his Spiderman suit? Doesn’t his life matter? How do you justify protesting when a white cop kills an unarmed Black but won’t have not even a peep of a protest when a Black kills an innocent child?
